Graduation announcements, orders and tickers for Baccalaureate and Commencement – Begining Wednesday, 4/29, all graduation tickers, announcements and orders are ready for pick up in the main office. Please come at your lunch or study or after school. Not during class time. Please pick them up this week. Remember, if any fees, library books, etc. are still outstanding at this time, we cannot release anything until all debts have been met.
AP Testing – Any girl taking an AP test during the next 2 weeks is responsible for being on time in the correct place before each exam. Please read your guidelines carefully. Any questions, please see Sister Teresa personally.
Miss Rowson, who previously taugh at Nazareth, is now teaching at a high school where students are very economically disadvantaged. Many would like to go to the prom, but can not afford the dress and/or accessories, etc. If you or anyone you know would like to donate a prom dress or any accessories that a girl could use/keep for her prom, please see Sister Teresa Mary or Miss Maguire personally. All gifts would need to be given by May 14. All gifts would be final, not returned.
NHS – There will be a brief but important meeting on Wed., April 29 in the Green Roo at 2 pm for all NHS, Italia & Latin Club members. We will be discussing the Pasta Night Fundraiser & signing the volunteer forms for various items needed for pasta night on Friday May 8. All must attend.
Guidance Department – For students interested in attending Duke, Georgetown, Harvard, Penn, or Stanford and Exploring College Options student/parent information session will be held on Tuesday, May 19 at 7:30 pm at the Hyatt Regency Penn’s Landing on Columbus Blvd. Call 215-928-1234 or go to www.exploringcollegeoptions.org for more information.
Seniors – The videographer has rescheduled his visit to senior homerooms for Wed. morning, April 29 between 7:30-8 am.
Gemany, Switzerland and France, Italy – Any students interested in the 2010 trip to Europe and are interested in signing before 4/30 should see Mrs. Quinn for a $75 voucher number to be taken off their price. You must see Mrs. Quin in order to get this voucher number.
